VR experience: child who lives in sub-divided unit (Alliance for Children Development Rights) & mental health patient (New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association) @ Caring Company Partnership Expo

The Caring Company Scheme of the HKCSS has been launched for 16 years. In this year, 3,697 companies and organisations were awarded the Caring Company logos/ Caring Organisation logos, 6% increased over last year. The Caring Company Partnership Expo was held on 16 March, more than 110 NGOs and social enterprises exhibited in the Expo. Around 4,000 people from business and social welfare sectors participated to learn about the latest development of social welfare and to explore the opportunities of cross-sector collaboration.

New element this year, Social Need X-perience was set with 4 zones, e.g. through virtual reality (VR) to experience a child who lives in sub-divided unit & mental health patient. Let participants from business sector to understand and resonate with the social issues, and respond together.
