The Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 (the “Scheme”) will begin accepting applications on 20 March 2025, and the brand-new online application system will also be launched on the same day. Below are the latest updates on the Scheme:
1) Extension of the Validity Period for Existing Logos and Certificates
Due to the postponement of the Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 application to 20 March 2025, the validity period for the use of the Caring Company / Caring Organisation Logos for 2023/24 will automatically be extended until the announcement of the next logo application results in December 2025. Companies / Organisations are not required to submit separate applications for extending the logo validity period. However, the date on the certificate will remain unchanged, and this arrangement will not affect the calculation of the consecutive years that companies / organisations have participated in the Scheme. During this period, we advise companies/organisations to use promotional materials featuring the Caring Company/Caring Organisation Logos instead of displaying certificates.
If companies or organisations wish to incorporate the Caring Company / Caring Organisation Logo in their promotional materials or other collaterals, please submit the artwork / sample pictures to HKCSS via email [email protected] for prior approval and record-keeping purpose. The review process will take a minimum of 5 working days, please allow sufficient time for any required artwork modifications.
2) Nominator List
All charitable organisations that meet the nominator eligibility must first have an online account and join the Nominator List (the “List”) before they can make nominations and complete relevant forms in the online system. The List will be continuously updated during the application period. To view the latest List, please click here.
If a charitable organisation would like to become a nominator but is not yet on the List, please complete the following steps after the new system opens:
First-time Nominators
Please submit an online application for a nominator account directly through the new system. Upon approval, they will be automatically added to the List.
Non-first-time Nominators
Their contact persons will receive an email on 20 March with a link to set up their account password for the new online application system. At that time, each contact person simply needs to follow the instructions to activate their online accounts.
