J.P. Morgan today announced the launch of the PathBuilders Program, the firm’s latest philanthropic initiative in Hong Kong. The program, in partnership with The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), will help undergraduate students develop hands-on skills and knowledge as they transition from education into the workforce.
The program will be open to Higher Diploma and Associate Degree students in Hong Kong and aim to prepare them for careers in growing industries such as aviation, finance as well as the environmental space.
We would like to invite youth related Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) who can provide training solutions and job placements to apply to participate in this program.

Eligibility
- A tax-exempted charitable organization under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap 112) for at least 2 years;
- In operation for at least 2 years;
- Providing services in relation to youth development
Funding size
The funding amount for each project should range from HKD500,000 to HKD2,000,000.
Duration of the program
The funded projects are expected to commence in August 2024 and may last for a maximum of 12 months.
An online briefing session (via Zoom) for interested NGOs or educational institutions will be conducted on Wednesday, March 6 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. HKT (Has been closed for registration):
