Social Worker / Counselor  P2-SW2-ESP

(Under Vital Employee Service Consultancy)

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Social Work or Counseling;
• English (Syllabus B in HKCEE) and Chinese at Grade E in HKCEE/Level 2 (Pass) in HKDSE;
• Can speak fluent English and/or Putonghua preferable;
• At least 7 years of experience in social work/counseling preferable.

Job Duties:

• Provide Employee Assistant Program (EAP) to corporate clients;
• Provide hotline and face-to-face counseling service to service users, including English speaking clients;
• Deliver corporate training programs on mental health related topics;
• Write articles to promote work life balance and mental health in workplace;
• Follow-up service projects and handle corporate clients.

Working Hours: 44 hours gross per week and on shift when necessary
