Senior Programme Officer – Beacon Centre [Ref: SPO-BC-202412]
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Centre Manager in leading, developing and managing overall services, which includes planning and implementing the centre’s development direction and managing staff
- Ensure programme development and planning satisfy internal, local, and / or overseas quality assurance standards, align with official requirement and conduct curriculum review
- Supervise daily operation and prepare budget planning and preparation of a wide range of documents/report
- Implement promotional campaigns align with marketing strategies
- Prepare the programme administration, daily operations, clerical support and report
- Liaise with parents/participants for enquiries and follow-up
- Others ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- 5 years’ or above relevant experience in programme development and administration
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Independent thinking, being initiative and passionate at work
- Good marketing knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with enquires from the general public, instructors and participants
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands on experience with design software such as AI/Photoshop or Canva will be an added advantage
- Shift duty is required
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Programme Officer
