Project Officer (Global Project)

職　責 Responsibility：

• Serve as a professional ambassador for VolTra, extending a warm welcome and providing exceptional support to managing related operational processes.
• Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of overseas projects, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, milestones, and established processes.
• Coordinate with partners to secure logistics (accommodation, volunteer work, cultural experiences, transportation, meals, etc) for workcamp participants.
• Create high-quality publications aligned with the organization’s branding and messaging; monitor, evaluate, and report on project progress, outcomes, and impact.
• Actively foster and nurture a professional and supportive community of change-seekers and change-makers, fostering meaningful and impactful actions.
• Serve as VolTra facilitator and tour escort for overseas and local projects as needed.
• Provide professional assistance on various ad hoc projects as assigned.

申　請　資　格 Qualification：

• Tertiary degree holder, majoring in Travel Management, Social Science, Management, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
• People-oriented, detail-minded, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess an outgoing and friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to motivate and inspire through enthusiasm, drive, and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to produce high-quality work.
• Prior experience in international workcamp, volunteer projects, exchange programs or event hosting will be advantageous.
• Outbound escort license is an added advantage.
• Ethnic Minorities in Hong Kong are welcomed to apply.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
