Jockey Club Charities Trust Project

RESPONSIBILITIES


Oversee the project execution plan of “Enhancing Inclusive Practices for Early Childhood Educators through Professional Development and Built Environment Enhancement” funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust;

  • Solicit qualified trainers to conduct professional development and coaching programmes;
  • Monitoring project expenditures and managing project resources;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the Salvation Army, Jockey Club and other governing bodies;
  • Coordinating schools in enhancing school environment to facilitate multi-sensory learning
  • Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the superior(s).

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army.
  • Master degree in Education, Social Science, Counselling or other related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in pre-school or school setting;
  • Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in project management and budget management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and motivate project teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to proactively address challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
