Programme Executive (CBET)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisors to implement projects, activities, and handle enquiries related to volunteering
- Support to volunteer capacity building procedures and teaching materials, as well as training and workshop arrangement
- Assist in Agency volunteer engagement programme and activities, facilitate the new service development concept of volunteer related projects
- Support administrative tasks and record keeping in different programme and activities
- Support and lead the staff and volunteers in the activities and service delivery
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisors from time to time
Requirements:
- Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
- Experience in event management & volunteer management is preferred
- A team player with sound coordination techniques, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in PC knowledge (including MS Office), knowledge in multi-media production (including video-editing & graphic design) is an advantage
- May need to perform duties on weekends or evenings if required
Contract Period: 1 year (Renewable)
