Stakeholders Engagement, Co-Creation Team

The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) is an umbrella organization of over 500 non-government social service organisations that are providing over 90% of social services in Hong Kong.  One of the strategies of the HKCSS is to drive impact through co-creation across sectors to address under-serviced social issues.  The Caring Company Scheme and Social Enterprise Directory are key co-creation platforms that promote cross-sectoral partnership and sustainability development.

Manager (Ref No: HKCSS/128/2024) – Stakeholders Engagement (ENG)

Two-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to like-minded stakeholders including businesses and other professions to identify new collaboration opportunities addressing to social agenda
• Develop and manage agenda-based collaboration projects including but not limited to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and support to carers
• Formulate strategies on communication of social agenda for Co-creation team with audience across sectors
• Plan and organize engagement events to develop multi-stakeholder relationships
• Assist the Head in building a culture of co-creation among the team as well as maintaining organizational efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Business, Social Entrepreneurship, Communications or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project and event management, with supervisory experience or related roles is preferred
• Passionate in making positive impact and advancing societal well-being by addressing social agenda with shared value creation concept
• An excellent team player, collaborative with strong personal drive and growth mindset
• Proficiency in both written, spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Experience in digital marketing and social media promotion would be an advantage

5-day work per week.  21-day leave annually.
