IT Manager (Ref.: IT MG(HRO)/03/07/24/HKCSS)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Assistant General Secretary to manage and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Human Resources office’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems;
  • Evaluate and recommend IT solutions that align with the Association’s objectives and budget;
  • Plan and execute IT projects, including but not limited to prepare tendering specification, manage project delivery, manage vendor relationships and contract for IT services and equipment procurement, validate vendor solutions, identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles;
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software (e.g. Microsoft office, Window setting and Office 365 etc), and network issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an IT manager in a similar role, preferably in NGO sector;
  • Government project experience and working in different roles in IT projects will be considered as an advantage;
  • Strong team player and communicator, ability to present complex solutions clearly and articulately;
  • Proven organisational and project management skills.
