Human Resources Officer (Post Code: HR－HRO)（1-Year Contract）

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct data management and analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management;
• Supervise HR administration and operations such as payroll administration, C&B, leave administration, employment contract, work injury, offboarding formalities；
• Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines;
• Handle and coordinate data management for the HRMS migration exercise.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR management at supervisory level;
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• A good team player with good interpersonal and supervisory skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadlines.

Working Place: Kwai Chung

Salary: Depends on qualification and experience.
