Donor Retention Assistant (2-year contract renewable)

[Ref.: FCU/DRA/25/01]

Responsibilities:

• Handle donation transactions including data entry and form scanning.
• Manage donor enquiries, information updates and complaints through various channels.
• Perform outbound calls, such as welcome calls and donation follow-up.
• Assist in delivering communications materials e.g. welcome pack, donation receipts, non-paying reminders and activity invites.
• Assist in implementing donor loyalty and telemarketing programmes.
• Support office administrative works and database management.
• Carrying out other related tasks as required in the team or agency.

Requirements:

• DSE or above, with at least 1 year’s working experience in customer service or administration.
• Good telephone manner and communications skills.
• Well organized, responsible and a team player
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and values is a must.
