Donor Retention Assistant (2-year contract renewable)
[Ref.: FCU/DRA/25/01]
Responsibilities:
- Handle donation transactions including data entry and form scanning.
- Manage donor enquiries, information updates and complaints through various channels.
- Perform outbound calls, such as welcome calls and donation follow-up.
- Assist in delivering communications materials e.g. welcome pack, donation receipts, non-paying reminders and activity invites.
- Assist in implementing donor loyalty and telemarketing programmes.
- Support office administrative works and database management.
- Carrying out other related tasks as required in the team or agency.
Requirements:
- DSE or above, with at least 1 year’s working experience in customer service or administration.
- Good telephone manner and communications skills.
- Well organized, responsible and a team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and values is a must.
