Founded in 1954, The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong (MHAHK) is a non-profit social service organization with the goal of educating the public on mental health. We embrace the vision of “Mental Health for ALL” and are committed to the missions of “Quality rehabilitation for service users”, “Positive workplace for staff” and “Mental wellness for public”. We are looking for high caliber candidates to fill the following position:

Clinical Service Lead

Duties:

1. To play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Association’s ICCMWs provide high quality service for the service users.
2. To provide professional advice and support to staff members of the centre/ service projects and help to develop professional protocols and standard of practices.
3. To provide leadership in training, supervision and continuous assessment for professional staff that promote a team culture of learning.
4. To act as senior practitioner for cases with complex needs to ensure timely provision of client-centred services.

Requirements:

1. A recognized master degree in mental health care disciplines, preferably in social work/ occupational therapy/ psychiatric nursing.
2. Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience in mental health services (of which at least 3 years at supervisory level).
3. Registered with relevant professional bodies or have a valid practicing certificate/license issued by local authorities.
4. A good command of both English and Chinese.
