Two-year renewable contract

We invite high caliber candidate to join our top management team with the following major responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• To identify social needs, advocate service and policy responses, and drive social impact;
• To engage and foster collaborations among leaders in social service and other sectors;
• To promote the development of NGOs and tech enablement in the welfare sector;
• To assist the Chief Executive in the strategic development and management of the HKCSS.

Requirements:

Degree or post-graduate qualification in social work.  At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in relevant senior management position in the welfare sector.  A dynamic and mature team player with strategic foresight, strong and effective leadership, highly motivated and sound experience in NGOs management and networks in local context, excellent communication skills are required.

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
