Co-Creation — Impact Giving
Assistant Project Manager (Ref No: HKCSS/016/2025)
One-year renewable contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage funding schemes to enable co-creation and social innovation in addressing social challenges, with incubation and capacity building programmes for funded projects;
- Proactively reach out to funders, investors, pro bono service providers, consultants and other relevant stakeholders to leverage resources in driving social impact;
- Plan and organize events to promote multi-stakeholder partnerships;
- Assist supervisor in building a culture of co-creation among the team.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Social Entrepreneurship, Public Administration, Communications, Social Work or related fields;
- Experience in project management, grant administration, business development or related roles preferred;
- Passionate in making positive impact and advancing societal well-being;
- Collaborative and growth mindset. Problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Familiar with NGO sector, social enterprise community and funders/social investors’ network is an advantage;
- Candidates with higher qualifications would be considered as Project Manager.
5-day work per week. 21-day annual leave.
