Co-Creation — Impact Giving

Assistant Project Manager (Ref No: HKCSS/058/2024)

Two-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage funding schemes to enable co-creation and social innovation in addressing social challenges,
• Assist in the assessment of funding applications and oversee the progress and efficacy of funded projects;
• Develop work plans, data consolidation and analysis, prepare reports and presentations;
• Plan and organize events to foster collaboration among stakeholders and for capacity building;
• Assist supervisor in building a culture of co-creation among the team.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Social Sciences, Communications, Social Work, Social Entrepreneurship or related fields;
• Passionate in making positive impact and advancing societal well-being;
• Experience in project management, grant administration or related roles;
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and analytical;
• Collaborative, strong communication and people skills;
• Proficiency in Excel, web-based applications and social media;
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
