- 持政府认可之社会工作副学士/高级文凭/文凭学位证书香港中学会考/香港中学文凭考试中、英文科(课程乙)合格，注册社工；
- 具体戏剧带领经验者优先考虑；
- 负责策划及推行青少年剧团项目、及相关生涯发展与精神健康推广工作；
- 每周平均工作44小时，须轮班及外展工作；
- 起薪点参考公务员总薪级表(MPS)；
- 观塘区青少年综合服务中心工作。
