樂齡之友-朋輩工作員 黃大仙區/柴灣區﹝職位編號: JA-PSW﹞

主要職責:

– 電話聯絡或慰問、上門/外出接觸及探訪《賽馬會樂齡同行計劃》內之服務對象；

– 陪同及協助服務對象參與小組活動/其他社區活動；

– 分享個人復元故事/自身經驗、生活知識及技能；

– 促進服務對象建立和實踐身心健康習慣、達成復元的生活目標；

入職要求：

– 已完成《賽馬會樂齡同行計劃 – 樂齡之友證書課程》及實習
