- 持政府认可之社会工作学位及香港中学会考中、英文科(课程乙)合格/香港中学文凭考试中、英文科2级或以上，注册社工，两年或以上复康服务个案管理工作经验为佳；具院舍服务经验优先；
- 负责协助管理宿舍日常流程及服务质素、督导及统筹专业同工；按舍友需要，订定有效之跨专业个人照顾及复康训练计划，协调家属、义工等小区连系工作；
- 起薪点参考公务员总薪级表(MPS)；
- 每周平均工作44小时，五天工作制，须轮班及于假期当值；观塘区工作。
有薪年假、婚假、全薪分娩假、全薪侍产假、全薪病假、体恤假、家事假、住院及门诊保险、人身意外保险、员工医疗服务优惠、来年免费体检、雇主强积金供款按年资最高可递增至10%、在职培训等。
