In our current society which is full of uncertainties and crises, is social entrepreneurship an alternative pathway for youngsters to pursue their dreams? How do young social entrepreneurs in Asia balance their vision, personal well-being and career development in the face of common issues such as environmental protection, education and an aging population? Is social entrepreneurship a dream reserved for “elite” youth only? Or can young people from all backgrounds participate? The stories of four young social entrepreneurs from Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong may give you some insights.
