HKCSS Most Impactful Small and Medium-sized Non-subvented NGO Award 2019
The “HKCSS Most Impactful Small and Medium-sized Non-subvented NGO Award 2019” (Click here for more details) will be held to praise impactful social service organizations and those with high potential in development. Meanwhile, it also aims at expanding the network and accumulating human resources for agencies to promote organization development. Standing committees of the Council, business sector and members of foundations will be invited to be adjudicators in 3-round adjudication process of the Award Scheme and eventually ten agencies will be selected and awarded with prizes as an encouragement. Aims： Encourage small and medium-sized organizations to improve their governance and service development Enhance the understanding of public, donors, foundations, etc, about small and medium-sized organizations Demonstrate the contribution of small and medium-sized organizations to society Commend impactful and high development potential social service organizations Eligibility： Agency member of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service Non-profit organization which are exempt from tax under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance Total annual expenditure in 2018/2019 less than HK$50 million Does not receive government regular subvention* *Government regular subvention does not include funding for project-based services and services awarded by the way of bidding Adjudication Criteria： Items Ratio Part 1 – ...
