Deputy Centre Supervisor

 

Job Purpose:

The Deputy Center Supervisor is responsible for assisting Center Supervisor to oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Education and Training Center, as well as oversee daily center operation.   

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the Gerontech education program and training activity
  • Develop the centre’s operation plan and implement the developed project plan and marketing strategies
  • Prepare regular service report, financial status update and document needed for audit and reporting process
  • Communicate with funder and partner organizations regarding cross agency activities, service promotion, marketing matters etc
  • Liaise with district leaders and develop community network/resources
  • Carry out other duties deemed pertinent to achieving the goals of the project

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree Holder, preferably in Social Work Discipline
  • Sound work experiences in community service with 5 years is preferrable
  • Strong skills in programme and center management and knowledge of gerontechnology
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure

 

Contract period: 1 year
