Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
－To assist the Director in exploring, developing and supporting new service opportunities, which include but not limited to: environment work, primary healthcare, mental health service, special services for deprived groups, etc.
－To assist the Agency in developing self-financing projects.
Requirements:
－Having a bachelor degree; Having a master degree or above will be an advantage.
－Having 8 years or above working experience in social service and 3 years or above management experience.
－Having good learning and analyzing abilities, and the ability to apply service -related knowledge to work .
－With a good command of Chinese and English, and having good writing abilities.
－Having good leading, organizing and strategic planning capabilities.
－Good at building connections with external partners and mobilizing resources for the Agency.
－Innovative, positive and macroscopic in thinking.
－Having a strong sense of ownership of the Agency culture and belief; willing to be a self-starter in actualizing the Agency BVMV.
