Centre for Harmony and Enhancement of Ethnic Minority Residents (CHEER)
Programme Officer II
Responsibilities:
－To assist in organising and implementing language programmes, youth programmes, integration programmes and other programmes/ services of the Centre.
－To provide services of the Centre including drop-in service and outreaching service etc.
－To assist in managing administrative duties of the Centre.
－To mobilise and connect potential service users.
－To assist in networking the stakeholders to promote CHEER’s services.
－To update service statistics and correct records, and help in preparing reports to the funding body.
Requirements:
－Holders of completed HKDSE or equivalent.
－Holders of diploma or associate degree or above is an advantage.
－Relevant working experience in ethnic minorities/social services with at least 1 year.
－Relevant working experience in running programmes is an advantage.
－Able to speak, listen, read and write fluent English.
－Good computer knowledge and skills.
－Able to work with and serve persons from multicultural background.
－Able to speak and listen Cantonese is preferred.
