HKCSS Institute 短期課程 - 正念的領導者和時間管理

Introduction

In today’s fast-paced world filled with distractions and growing work demands, it is crucial for leaders to acquire and develop effective time management skills. By integrating mindful practices into our daily routine, leaders can prioritize important tasks while remaining aware of the surroundings. This dual focus not only enhances productivity but also fosters a positive and sustainable workplace culture.

In this workshop, participants will acquire practical skills and tools for mastering and optimizing time management so as to overcome problems such as delaying and putting off tasks until the last minute.
