The Competition Ordinance applies to NGO’s business as well as economic activities in various aspects, such as operating social enterprises and procurement procedures. To deepen the NGOs governing bodies’ understanding of the Competition Ordinance, and strengthen their ability to comply with the Ordinance, we have invited representatives of the Hong Kong Competition Commission to speak in this webinar. They will outline the key concepts of the Competition Ordinance and its impacts on NGOs with practical competition law case studies, enabling NGOs to take appropriate compliance measures.
