機構治理層包括董事會成員及高級管理人員，是機構管治及問責的主要持份者，肩負重大責任，需具備危機管理的技巧，方能妥善應對危機，並有效及明智地處理危機。為提高機構治理層對危機的敏感度，社聯邀請了資深傳媒人為參加者度身設計專題研討會及分享會，促進機構之間的交流。

The NGOs’ governing bodies including board members and senior management are the key stakeholders of governance and accountability of organizations. They have the responsibility over the whole range of powers, and should equip themselves with the skills of crisis management to handle crisis not only properly, but also in an effective and smart way. To raise the crisis sensitivity and facilitate the exchange amongst the governing bodies of NGOs, the Council has invited a media veteran to tailor-make a seminar and sharing session for participants on this matter.
