The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) is promoting the services and policies of end-of-life care and palliative care. To facilitate the public and welfare sector to understand the current and latest development of related services comprehensively, HKCSS will conduct an online survey to collect information on end-of-life service and program, the service team, and the views on end-of-life service and policy.
