With Hong Kong facing drastic changes and challenges the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) held the inaugural HKCSS Convention in 2016 to map out service needs for the future. To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of HKCSS, the 3rd HKCSS Convention will be held in February 2023 with the theme of “United for an Inclusive Society” . Over 500 agency members and stakeholders from welfare and other sectors will engage in knowledge and insight exchanges, on issues such as identifying key social agenda, enhancing social impacts and co-creating solutions to address social issues.
Hong Kong Social Service Expo will be held in parallel with the Convention. As an annual signature event of HKCSS, it aims to build a platform for various sectors such as business, medical, education, professional bodies, and charitable foundations to learn more about the welfare sector, and to co-create innovative, visionary and effective solutions in response to evolving social needs.
