• 註冊社工，具認可社會工作文憑或以上學歷
• 須具最少三年相關/康復服務經驗

職責

• 於朝陽中心暨宿舍工作
• 負責為智障成人進行個案管理、小組及訓練
• 督導社工團隊恆常運作、推行小組活動計劃須輪班工作

工作時數: 每星期44小時
