The Council is committed to tackle the substance abuse issues. Our Network on Substance Abuse Service discusses the service needs and collaboration on a regular basis. We also advocate for related policy and service development. 

 In order to facilitate the deliberation among the sector, the Council will arrange four consultation meetings in July & August. You are cordially invited to participate in the consultation to enhance the T&R service. All the meetings will be conducted online in view of the pandemic outbreak.
