Professional Traineeship Programme for the Ethnic Minorities
The programme aims to nurture a pool of young talents with multicultural backgrounds to pursue long-term career development in Hong Kong and to develop a protocol in cultivating an inclusive work environment (for employers and job seekers) to enhance Hong Kong’s multicultural niche as the international city for China. Currently, there are over 30 trainees have commenced their one-year traineeship in different organisations in the business sector and social service sector.

P.R.A.I.S.E (PRoject for Adaptation, Inclusion and Social integration for Ethnic minorities)
The programme aims to take a long-term perspective to adopt an ownership EMpowerment approach which is bottom-up, people-centered, and family-based to create a generational change within the EM community and to facilitate their deeper engagement with essential parties in society such as school and hospital – for holistic integration.

Social Enterprise Directory (SE Directory)
The Hong Kong Council of Social Service compiles the Social Enterprise Directory (SE Directory) every year since 2007. To facilitate public access to social enterprise information in Hong Kong, SE Directory mobile application (iOS: https://goo.gl/h1S9tC & Android: https://goo.gl/htHiHr) and the online search engine (this website) are launched. SE Directory is recognized and supported by the HKSAR Government and has long been serving as an important reference material for advocating responsible consumption across government departments, public organizations, NGOs, SEs as well as corporations. HKCSS strives to build a systematic social enterprise searching platform, and promote it to all sectors in order to enhance the publicity of social enterprises in Hong Kong. To this date, over 10,000 booklets have been issued, and the search engine and the mobile application have seen extensive use of more than 3,600,000 views and 6,800 downloads respectively.
