The HKCSS will promote a carer-friendly work environment during Carer Month in October to help carers balance work and caring roles. We hope that through different aspects of carer-friendly human resources policy measures, in addition to recognizing the contribution of carers, it will also help them achieve a balance between salaried work and carer roles simultaneously. In this regard, HKCSS encourages organisations to execute carer-friendly human resources policy measures during Carer Month to create a carer-friendly working environment.
