SE Directory
Managed by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the Social Enterprise Directory (SE Directory) facilitates public access to social enterprise (SE) information in Hong Kong, aiming to promote their products and services to a wider audience. The SE Directory is supported and recognised by the HKSAR Government. It also has long been serving as an important reference material for advocating responsible consumption across government departments, public organizations, corporations and educational institutions.
The SEs listed in SE Directory cover a wide range of business natures. You are welcome to search for SE products and services through SE Directory online search engine anytime, anywhere.

【平凡文化】成立於2020年,提倡樂活(LOHAS)生活,即以健康及可持續發展的型態過生活。平凡文化會透過網站、期刊、工作坊、手工藝班、文化本地遊等,提供不同的跨文化體驗,鼓勵大家過一個健康、可持續並有文化觸覺的生活。平凡文化在提供服務之餘,亦會聘請少數族裔人士、有工作需要婦女及其他弱勢社群,展現文化融和成果。
Common Cultures was established in 2020 as a social enterprise promoting the principle of “Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability” (LOHAS) and enhancing cultural awareness. Common Cultures encourages people to lead healthy and sustainable lives with cultural awareness through websites, journals, workshops, handcraft classes, local tours, and product/book sales. In delivering the services, Common Cultures also employs ethnic minorities, women in need, and other underprivileged communities, showcasing cultural harmony.

Ways Out 轉廢為寶,將廚餘首飾升級再造 。每天,香港人所丟棄的廚餘多達3353公噸,而每家每戶茶餘飯後的剩食就佔了當中的68%,最終只能走向堆填區。不過,Ways Out深信「轉廢為寶」(Turn Trash into Treasure) 的理念,希望通過巧手匠心,將零價值的廚餘創造出別緻的首飾,實踐環保教育的理想。不單每顆靚麗的「掌上明珠」都是以被人輕視的廚餘用心改造,所有包裝均採用循環再用物料。明珠動人的背後,更是年輕弱勢婦女團隊所展現的才華與潛力,盛載著意義深遠的環保與婦女自主的理念。
Ways Out “turn trash into treasure” and uses food waste jewelry as a creative means to empower young single mothers by providing training and job opportunities, and encourage everyone to take individual actions towards environmental sustainability. Based on the strengths and talents of young single mothers, they are assigned to different roles in Ways Out’s operation. Besides giving food residuals a second life, the team also encourages and supports the personal growth and development of young single mothers.

薪傳學社在2021年創立,以推廣中華文化為宗旨。薪傳學社為學校、社福機構及政府部門等機構,舉辦不同的中華文化教育活動,迄今共為300間機構舉辦超過1,000場中華文化教育活動,包括中小學、幼稚園與特殊學生。薪傳學社希望同學在兒童及青少年的發展階段,透過講座、體育、表演欣賞、攤位與工作坊體驗等多元化的文化活動,建立正向積極的人生價值觀及校園歸屬感,培養他們對中華民族的身分認同,同時鼓勵他們尊重、珍視和傳承中華文化,發揮自己潛能,讓中華文化得以傳承和可持續發展。
Heritage Connect was founded in 2021, aiming to promote Chinese culture. Their target service users include kindergarten, primary, secondary school, special schools’ students, social welfare organizations, and government agencies. They have organized over 1000 Chinese cultural education activities for more than 300 institutions. By providing diverse Chinese cultural education, traditional Chinese art performances, games, and workshops, they explore students’ potential, cultivate positive life values, and develop a sense of belonging in the schools. Additionally, they aim to raise students’ awareness and identity of the Chinese ethnic group, encouraging them to respect, cherish, and inherit Chinese culture, as well as to develop their abilities and potentials for the sustainable development of Chinese culture.

Grand ma Limited is a social enterprise that aims to foster understanding, care, and mutual learning between younger generations and elderly individuals through various intergenerational programs. Through experiential intergenerational activities, Grand ma Limited promotes end-of-life education and elderly care from the perspective of the “younger generation,” allowing young people to understand the elderly while the elderly also get to know the younger generation, bridging the gap between them.
