1-year contract



  • Assess the needs and concerns of small and self-financed Non Government Organizations (NGOs) and provide varieties of service to needy NGOs.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement projects and programs in building small NGOs capacity on corporate governance, financial management, resources development, and social networking, etc.
  • Maintain close liaison and network with small NGOs, enhance their exchange and build mutual support networks.
  • Build and maintain network with strategic partners including Professional Associations, Government Departments, Corporate Partners, etc.



  • Degree Holder in Social Work, Social Policy or related disciplines, at least 3 years of experience.
  • Able to demonstrate strong project/event management.
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong NGOs landscape and the development of welfare sector.
  • Independent, with strong sense of self-initiative and excellent problem solving skills and showed willingness to serve NGOs.
  • Mature personality with analytical thinking and good communication skill.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, and in computer applications.
  • Experience in working at small and self-financed NGOs would be a merit. 


5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
